Page 2: What is the Library Teen Leadership Program (LTP)? The Library Teen Leadership Program is the San Bernardino County Library's teen program that focuses on developing the next generation of leaders through impactful skill-building and volunteer opportunities. The Library aims to create a safe and fun space to learn new skills, grow as leaders, and make friends along the way. The LTP is a requirement for all teen volunteers participating at all 22 San Bernardino County Libraries. 
Who can participate? Teens between the ages of 14 and 17 throughout San Bernardino County are invited to complete an application and submit it to their local branch library for evaluation. Successful candidates will be notified within four to six weeks. 
Why Join? This one-of-a-kind opportunity provides teens with an incomparable leadership and development experience that will prepare them for college, future employment, and adulthood. Teens will be able to cite this leadership experience in college and on job applications. 
How do I sign up? Visit our website (library.sbcounty.gov) to download an application, then print it out and bring it to your local branch library!
Teens can also visit their local branch library during open branch hours to pick up an application.

Dates and Times: Teens must select any date, time, and location, but must attend one meeting per month. Meeting locations are contingent upon the number of participants and may be subject to change.

Every Second Thursday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on the following dates: August 14th, 2025; September 11, 2025; October 9, 2025; November 13, 2025; December 11, 2025; January 8, 2026; February 12, 2026; March 12, 2026; April 9, 2026; May 14, 2026.
Every Third Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm on the following dates: August 16, 2025; September 20, 2025; October 18, 2025; November 15, 2025; December 20, 2025; January 17, 2026; February 21, 2026; March 21, 2026; April 18, 2026; May 16, 2026.
