ROWUSD New Volunteer/Chaperone Application Process for 2026–2027

Dear ROWUSD Families,
ROWUSD has a new standardized application process for anyone interested in volunteering or chaperoning at our school sites.  This is REQUIRED for all NEW and RETURNING volunteers and chaperones for the 2026/2027 school year. 
The application process is online and can be accessed by  using the QR code provided or the following link:  https://rimsd.k12.ca.us/volunteer

Volunteer information update. New Volunteer application process for new & returning volunteers/chaperones for the2026-2027 school year!Volunteer with ROWUSD. Share Your Time. Support Our Students. Strengthen Our Schools. Thank you for your interest in volunteering. Complete the steps below before serving at a school site. 
1) Open the Verkada Volunteer Link: Use the volunteer link provided by the school where you would like to serve. See below. 
2) Complete the Application: Submit the required information, complete the screening, review the Volunteer Handbook, and acknowledge ROWUSD rules and expectations.
3) Finish Any Additional Requirements: View the School Volunteer Handbook, complete the School Volunteer Handbook Acknowledgment. Complete Final Acknowledgment.
4) Wait for School Approval: After the process is complete, the principal or designee will review the request and notify you of approval, and you may begin.
IMPORTANT: Volunteer service may begin only after you receive approval and a start date from the school.
